12% for pensions and grants whose amount exceeds 25,000 dinars and is less than or equal to 35,000 dinars.
11% for pensions and grants whose amount exceeds 35,000 dinars and is less than or equal to 42,500 dinars.
10.75% for pensions and grants whose amount exceeds 42,500 dinars and is less than or equal to 70,000 dinars.
10.50% for pensions and grants whose amount exceeds 70,000 dinars and is less than or equal to 100,000 dinars.
10.25% for pensions and grants whose amount exceeds 100,000 dinars and is less than or equal to 150,000 dinars.
10% for pensions and grants exceeding 150,000 dinars.
These percentages are applied to the monthly amount of the pensionRetirement grant resulting from subscription rights.
It also raises the proceeds of work accidents or occupational diseases within the conditions stipulated by law.
The decision stipulated raising the minimum amount of the third-party increase granted to beneficiaries of a pension, disability, work accident, or occupational disease by 10%.
