Today, Thursday, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, stood at the pavilion of the Ministry of National Defense at the Exhibition Palace in the capital, on the sidelines of his opening of the Algerian production exhibition.
The President of the Republic listened to comprehensive explanations about the latest findings of the national military industries, especially in the field of manufacturing combat vehicles, weapons systems, and drones. He also visited the pavilion of the Mechanical Construction Corporation in Khenchela, which specializes in the manufacture of light weapons, where he was briefed on the latest products, most notably the semi-automatic rifle, which is considered one of the glories of the Algerian military industry.
President Tebboune also stood at the pavilion of the Central Supply Base of the First Military Region, where explanations were given to him about the battery manufacturing chain and the latest technologies used in the field of energy. The visit also included the Automotive Equipment Renewal Foundation pavilion, where he listened to presentations on the development of cold room production in line with the requirements of army units and achieving self-sufficiency.
