President Tebboune sends a message of condolence to the family of historian Mohamed Harbi – New Algeria

The text of the letter stated: “I received with great sadness the death of the Mujahid and educated historian Mohamed Harbi. With his passing, Algeria has lost a distinguished man who early engaged in the political struggle against colonialism, then in the ranks of the liberation revolution as a mujahid and a member of the interim government of the Algerian Republic, before he devoted himself to writing and researching after independence. He enriched the World Library with several valuable works on the history of the national movement and the victorious liberation revolution.”

President Tebboune said, “On this painful occasion, I extend my sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and to the revolutionary family, praying to God Almighty to cover him with His vast mercy, to dwell him in His spacious gardens, and to inspire his family with patience and solace. We belong to God and to Him we shall return.”
