President Tebboune chairs a meeting to evaluate preparations for the visit of the Pope of the Vatican – New Algeria

On Wednesday, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chaired a meeting devoted to evaluating the work of the committee charged with preparing for the upcoming visit of Pope Leo XIV of the Vatican.

This meeting comes within the framework of official coordination to ensure that the visit is organized in accordance with established protocols, and to provide all security, diplomatic and logistical arrangements to receive the official guest.

The meeting stressed the need for continued coordination between the various concerned bodies to ensure the success of this historic visit and to strengthen bilateral relations between Algeria and Vatican City
