Speaking about the effort to unify the voice

President Tebboune added, saying, “The worrying escalation of conflicts and increasing hotspots of conflict that is ravaging the world today is matched, unfortunately, by a clear institutional inability that paralyzes the effectiveness of the international system. This reality weakens the international community’s confidence in international law, perpetuates double standards, and even revives the logic of force at the expense of the values of justice, cooperation, and equality,” stressing that all of these scenes are merely further evidence of the validity of the repeated warnings, and a clear proof of the necessity of reform that has been ongoing. We call for it, so that the Security Council becomes an instrument of peace for all, not an instrument of hegemony and influence.”
The President pointed out that Africa faces a large share of interlocking crises, starting with the escalation of two epidemics
Terrorism and organized crime across borders, through the spread of hotbeds of tension and conflict, all the way to the phenomenon of unconstitutional changes of governments – and the instability and governance challenges that accompany them, stressing the importance of these situations being an incentive to renew resolve and unify the will, to reach the desired goal.
