The Ministry of Justice launches a digital platform for the benefit of lawyers – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

The Minister of Justice, Keeper of Seals, Lotfi Boudjemaa, announced today, Sunday, from the Biskra Judicial Council, the launch of a new digital platform that allows lawyers to submit requests to obtain regular copies of rulings and decisions issued by regular judicial and administrative authorities, with the possibility of withdrawing them signed electronically.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Justice, this mechanism aims to simplify administrative procedures, expand the scope of digital services, and reduce the burdens on lawyers of moving to judicial authorities.

The lawyer can access the platform using his electronic account data for the digital platform for exchanging petitions and responsive memorandums, through the official website of the Ministry of Justice, where requests are processed automatically.

The Ministry also clarified that benefiting from the service requires that the required document be ready for withdrawal, so that the lawyer can obtain it signed electronically within a maximum period of 24 hours, in a step that reflects the continued digitization of the justice sector and improving the quality of services provided.
