One million and 65 thousand candidates for the Masters Competition – New Algeria

The Minister of National Education, Mohamed Saghir Saadawi, revealed today that one million and 65 thousand candidates have registered in the recruitment competition for teachers in various educational levels, to compete for 40,500 positions.
Saadawi explained, in a statement on the sidelines of a training day for journalists interested in educational affairs, organized by the Ministry of Communication, that the recruitment process is subject to an integrated digital system, which ensures transparency and equal opportunities by enabling candidates to follow up on their files and correct any deficiencies within the specified deadlines.
The minister added that the ranking and marking of candidates is done automatically, according to specific criteria, in order to attract qualified competencies from certificate holders, whether through graduate schools, universities or institutes, to contribute to the educational process.
The Minister touched on the reforms of the educational system, stressing that they are ongoing work carried out carefully and with the participation of specialized experts in the field, pointing out that educational reform is not subject to individual efforts or random treatments, but rather takes place according to a balanced equation based on renewing scientific knowledge, keeping pace with scientific development, and also protecting national identity.
