“ONAP” launches a special program to ensure the abundance of white meat during Ramadan – New Algeria
The National Office for Livestock Nutrition and Poultry Raising (ONAB) has developed a special program to enhance food supply National market With white meat and eggs for consumption in anticipation of the month of Ramadan, with the aim of responding to the increasing demand and ensuring the abundance of the product.
The President and Director General of the General Assembly, Omari Hamitoush, explained in his statement to the Algerian News Agency that the procedure includes:
Doubling the quantities of white meat through the complex’s points of sale, while participating in neighborhood markets across the country, to ensure market coverage and price stability.
It is expected that the number of sales spaces will exceed 200 points during the holy month, noting that the “ONAB” complex currently has 139 permanent points of sale across various states.
The official stressed the complex’s keenness, in coordination with partners, to preserve Prices Reasonable production costs, within the framework of its role as a public actor in regulating the market and protecting purchasing power.
