On World Press Freedom Day… Yahya Jaafar celebrates journalists – New Algeria

University organized Genesis Today, Thursday, there is an open meeting with media students, which brought together representatives of the media family and students of the university’s media and communication sciences major, and this is on the occasion of World Press Freedom Day, which falls on the third of May of each year.

World Press Freedom Day was an opportunity to honor a number of… Journalists Those belonging to the public and private sectors, regardless of their positions and specializations, in gratitude for what they have provided, in transmitting information and communicating the voice of the student, and the efforts of the sector in general and the University of Continuing Education in particular.

This meeting was attended by the representative of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Abdel-Jabbar Daoudi, the advisor in charge of media, as well as many actors in the media field in addition to students of media and communication sciences at the University of Continuing Education, where the meeting constituted an opportunity to communicate and exchange experiences and opinions among those present.

For his part, the director addressed the university Professor Dr. Yahya Jaafari, in his welcoming speech, referred to the experience of the University of Continuing Education in purposeful scientific media, through the specialized content of radio and television sessions, and its pioneering role in distance education, especially with regard to audio and audio-visual lessons.
