By the way, the public service services announced, and to ensure harmonious application in the field of scoring the aforementioned selection criteria, that these periods are calculated, according to point 13 of Joint Ministerial Instruction No. 10 of October 14, 2024, related to the application of the provisions of the joint ministerial decision of August 24, 2023, which specifies the methods for fixing periods of national service and retention, beyond the legal period of national service and re-calling, within the framework of mobilization in institutions and departments. On the other hand, candidates for the competition to recruit professors must submit the justification documents mentioned in Point 14 of Joint Ministerial Instruction No. 10 of October 14, 2024, mentioned above, in order to approve the aforementioned periods.
As the Directorate announced, supplementary training is counted for the required certificate in the same specialty, when the training will culminate in a certificate that allows the person concerned to join a higher rank than the one in which he participated. Given that enrollment in the basic ranks of primary and middle education is based on both a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and in order to preserve the principle of equality for enrollment in the same ranks, the first year of the master’s degree cannot be counted as supplementary training.
