Ndiaye agrees with the USMA administration

Senegalese coach Lamine Ndiaye has given his approval to coach the first football team of USM Algiers until the current season.

The newspaper “Competition” revealed that Ndiaye will join the capital, Thursday, in order to demarcate his membership in the Federation after the completion of negotiations with the General Director of Sports, Said Alaik.

Aleeq revealed earlier his agreement with coach Miloud Hamdi, who previously supervised the team during two periods (2015-2016 and 2017-2018).

Hamdi succeeded in leading Al-Ittihad to win the first professional league championship in the first season.

It appears that the dispute between Aleeq and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Bilal Naywa, prevented the deal from being concluded, as the first official appointed by the company that owns the club, “Port Services Complex,” opposes the return of Hamdi.

Biography AtoPersonal information for the new coach

Veteran Senegalese coach (69 years old), Lamine Ndiaye, the coach of the Congolese club TP Mazembe, left at the end of last January.

In contrast to his first visit to Lubumbashi between 2010 and 2013; Ndiaye was unable to lead the ancient team to achieve titles.

The coach lifted two local league titles in 2011 and 2012. He also won the African Champions League in 2010 and the team reached the Club World Cup final to face Italian Inter at the time (losing 3-0).

Along with Mazembe; Ndiaye supervised major African clubs such as Horoya of Guinea, Al Hilal of Sudan, and Cameroonian Cotton, in addition to the Senegalese national team and the French club Mulhouse, in whose ranks he played professionally before retiring in 1993.
