More than 15 raids launched by Israeli occupation aircraft at night on southern Lebanon

On Thursday, Israeli occupation aircraft launched a series of raids on large areas in southern Lebanon, according to the official National News Agency.

The occupation army announced that the strikes targeted Hezbollah infrastructure, including a cement quarry and the “Green Without Borders” association.

During the attacks, the aircraft launched an intense belt of fire between the towns of Zarriya and Ansar, followed by a series of violent raids targeting the area between Ansar and Sinai, where the echoes of these raids were heard in the city of Sidon and its suburbs.

The Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health issued a statement announcing that the Israeli raids on southern Lebanon resulted in an initial toll of six civilians being injured, while more than 15 air strikes were recorded within just one minute.

The occupation media reported that the Israeli army used GBU missiles in raids on southern Lebanon. Israeli Channel 12 announced that the raids targeted a cement factory used by Hezbollah to rehabilitate its infrastructure.
