Launching the new version of the official website of the Ministry of Communication – New Algeria

Today, Wednesday, at the Ministry’s headquarters, the Minister of Communication, Dr. Zuhair Bouamama, supervised the launch of the Ministry’s website in a new look, in an advanced step towards achieving the Ministry’s vision of providing innovative digital services, characterized by accuracy, modernization, credibility and transparency.

In a brief speech on this occasion, the Minister stressed that the renewal of the Ministry’s official website comes in line with the state’s strategic directions towards digital transformation, and aims to enhance the efficiency of government services, and enable citizens and institutions to access public services easier and of better quality.

The Minister explained that the launch of the new website comes within the efforts of the Ministry of Communication to upgrade government institutional communication and expand the scope of services directed to members of the sector and those interested in it, adding that the website represents an interactive platform for communication with citizens and media professionals, and reflects the Ministry’s commitment to facilitating access to information and introducing the sector’s policies, initiatives and activities.

For his part, the Director of Development at the Ministry indicated that the new website is characterized by an attractive and easy design and is managed through a modern system that allows for easy updating. It has been developed according to the latest technical standards and in accordance with the best practices adopted in government websites, in addition to that it enjoys the highest levels of protection and cybersecurity.
