Mansour sends three warning messages to the United Nations against Zionist violations

The Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the United Nations, Riyad Mansour, sent three identical letters to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the President of the Security Council for February, and the President of the General Assembly, warning against the continuation of the Zionist occupation’s illegal policies and practices aimed at forcibly displacing Palestinians and expanding control over the occupied territories.

Mansour stressed in his messages that the occupation authorities continue to seize Palestinian lands, build settlements, demolish homes and property, and systematically displace Palestinian families and communities, stressing that these practices constitute a blatant violation of international law, including the Fourth Geneva Convention and Security Council resolutions, especially Resolution 2334, and the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice issued in July 2024, which affirmed adherence to international legal rules.

The Palestinian delegate called on the Security Council to take the necessary measures to hold the occupation accountable for its violations, and urged the international community to fulfill its legal obligations to protect the rights of the Palestinian people and ensure respect for the principles of international and humanitarian law.
