Mamdani rejects American intervention in Venezuela and stresses respect for the law – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

Zahran Mamdani, Mayor of New York City, said in a speech to his supporters in Brooklyn Square,

He opposes US intervention in Venezuela and the arrest of President Nicolas Maduro, stressing his respect for federal and international law.

Mamdani added that he contacted the US President directly to express his position.

Emphasizing his rejection of any attempt to change the regime in Venezuela, and his desire for this position to remain consistent on a daily basis.
