A statement by the National Employment Agency explained that the aim of this process, which was launched today, Sunday, is to update and adjust the personal and professional status of beneficiaries of the unemployment grant, with the possibility of proposing opportunities for guidance in job positions.

The agency revealed that the beneficiaries of the unemployment grant were invited, by sending text messages on their phones, to come to the headquarters of the local employment attachés, which are affiliated with it regionally, to conduct an interview with the employment consultants accompanied by the relevant identity card. For married couples: the biometric identification card of the spouse “A” or a contract. An increase for those who have a paper ID card.

In addition to documents proving the change in the beneficiary’s status after the date of benefit (status towards national service, family status, qualification training certificate within the framework of the unemployment grant system..).

The agency stressed that the attendance of the person concerned is obligatory and that no one is acting on his behalf, and that any absence within 48 hours after receiving the text message will result in the suspension of the unemployment grant due to failure to appear at the interview date, and after two months (60 days) have passed from the date of the summons, the grant will be suspended and no It can be activated in any way.

The same source confirmed that within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the date of sending the summons, and in the event of failure to appear on the specified date, his grant will be suspended.

For reference, local employment agencies have begun informing beneficiaries of the unemployment grant of the interview date via SMS, starting March 1.
