“Listen” portal for complaints and concerns of postal and Internet users – New Algeria

The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications announced the establishment of the “Listen” portal dedicated to handling citizens’ petitions and receiving their complaints and suggestions related to postal and electronic communications services.
A statement from the Ministry, today, Monday, explained that the goal of this portal is to enable citizens to submit their complaints, suggestions, and interview requests related to postal and electronic communications services, in a simple and safe way, while ensuring that they are addressed within reasonable deadlines and with greater transparency.
The Ministry has placed at the disposal of citizens the following link: https://insat.mpt.gov.dz to enable them to benefit from these services.
