
The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications launched a new digital portal called “Insat,” dedicated to handling citizens’ petitions and enabling them to submit their complaints, suggestions, and interview requests related to postal and electronic communications services, according to what was reported, Thursday, in a statement by the Ministry.
According to the statement, in an effort to improve communication channels with citizens and enhance the quality of public services, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications puts at your disposal the “Insat” portal dedicated to handling citizens’ petitions, which can be accessed through the following link: https://insat.mpt.gov.dz
The same statement explained that this portal aims to “enable citizens to submit their complaints, suggestions, and interview requests related to postal and electronic communications services, in a simple and secure manner, while ensuring that they are addressed within reasonable deadlines and with greater transparency.”
