Launching a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in electronic chip technology.. Details! – New Algeria

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the launch of the National Program for Applied Training in Electronic Chip Technology, and the opening of nominations for admission to the National Bachelor’s and National Master’s courses, starting from the second semester of the academic year 2025-2026, within the framework of strengthening highly qualified national competencies in this strategic field.

A statement from the Ministry explained that candidacy is open to bachelor’s students who completed the third semester of the academic year 2025-2026, and master’s students who completed the first semester of the same year, with the intention of enrolling in applied training specialized in electronic chip technology.

This program aims to meet the needs of the national market for qualified human resources, as it allows graduates to be employed by the Advanced Technologies Development Center and its subsidiary companies, in addition to institutions with technological and industrial structures.

Regarding open majors, the program includes:

Applied Bachelor of Science in Electronics, specializing in electronics for industrial equipment and electronics for industrial facilities. The training is conducted at the University of Blida 1 in cooperation with the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies.

Applied Master in Electronics, specializing in embedded electronics design and embedded electronics manufacturing. The training is hosted by M’hamed Bougara University – Boumerdes in cooperation with the same center.

This program comes in the context of a national trend to support applied training and link the university with the industrial and technological environment, in a way that enhances national sovereignty in the field of advanced technologies.
