Larijani: The election of Mojtaba Khamenei as Iran’s guide has despaired the enemies of the republic

Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, said on Monday that the election of Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei as Supreme Leader of Iran, succeeding his father Ali, has despaired the enemies who are waging war against the Islamic Republic.

This came in a letter Larijani addressed to Khamenei Jr. and published on the social media platform, indicating that the Leadership Council of Experts’ selection of him as Leader of the Republic reflects the strength of the unity of the Iranian people and the regime’s resilience in the face of attempts at pressure and hostility.
