The Board of Directors, led by President Adel Boudja, set a set of conditions for candidates wishing to submit their files before March 25.
At the forefront of the conditions is that the candidate must have a first-class coaching certificate from the Confederation of African Football or the European Union.
In addition, a postgraduate degree in management and sports science is required, with sufficient experience in professional football.
The candidate will be required to embody three basic axes, the first of which is to develop a sports strategy that leads to the creation of a football philosophy specific to the JSK team, which will be embodied from the youth groups up to the first team.
Secondly, setting a clear policy for contracts and following up on the work of the recruitment cell.
Thirdly, improving performance and achieving the desired sporting results, starting from the youth groups all the way up to the first team.
A statement published by the club on its new website stated a number of other goals that the technical director must achieve: We mention among them:
• Greater escalation of players to the first team.
• Rationalizing expenses during recruitment periods.
• A large presence of club players among the various national teams.
