JS Kabylie: Mobilis ends the duties of Ould Ali and Madane

Al-Hadi Ould Ali’s duties as head of the board of directors of the joint-stock company JS Kabylie ended after the general assembly was held at the headquarters of the Mobilis Foundation, which owns the club, in Bab Ezzouar, east of the capital, on Tuesday morning.

The leading mobile operator in Algeria issued a statement disclosing the outcomes of the meeting, which were as follows:

– Appointment of Adel Boudja, a senior executive in the company, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the joint-stock sports company, Shabab Al Kabylie.

– Termination of Hakim Madane’s duties as General Sports Director.

– Creating a sports technical director to replace the position of sports general manager.

– Opening nominations for the position of Sports Technical Director, according to criteria that will be determined later and published through an official statement.

– Establishing an independent council concerned with guidance, training, partnership and sports investment, and coordinating directly with the Board of Directors.

The Mobilis Corporation took a number of other decisions related to the management of the sports company, the details of which were not discussed, according to what was stated in the statement.

On the other hand, the public institution sent a message to the team’s supporters to organize periodic meetings with the fan committees in order to discuss the future of the club and inform them of various developments.

What about the first team?

The ownership organization retained sporting director Karim Dodan, who joined the club in April 2024.

Moreover, officials gave German coach Josef Zinnbauer the last opportunity to adjust the situation during the first leg.

The team is supported by three players in the winter Mercato, namely Shoaib Boulgaboul, Angolan Jaredy Teixeira, and Chadian Ekwa Célestan.

These steps can be understood as an attempt to restore stability to the first team, despite the recent decline in results.

The Canaries lost all their chances of qualifying for the quarter-finals of the African Champions League, after losing to the Royal Army.

It should be noted that the former youth and national team star, Moussa Sayeb, is considered the most prominent candidate to support the sports administration, according to what was reported by journalist Khaled Mazouzi.
