JS Kabylie is betting on rising talent

On Wednesday, the management of the JS Kabylie Club presented five players who are active in the youth categories after signing professional contracts.
The matter concerns Oumalal Rassim and Haddado Abdel Raouf from the under-18 team, Khenifi Anis and Saji Ali from the under-17 team, and Ait Shaghid Issa from the under-15 team.
At the beginning of this month, the club, under the management of former Chairman of the Board of Directors Al-Hadi Ould Ali, selected the five players in order to complete their academic career with Al-Shabab until they knock on the doors of the first team.
It was the turn of the new office, led by Adel Boudja, to finalize the decision.
Boudja had confirmed during the press conference he held following his inauguration as successor to Hadi Ould Ali: To allocate significant support for training, as the Mobilis Corporation, which owns the club, will provide the necessary capabilities to accompany the established strategy.
It should be noted that the previous managing office revealed the launch of the Academic Pole Project for the Youth Kabylie Club.
Last month, officials concluded agreements to establish nine academies in the territory of Tizi Ouzou Province.
The academies work to organize the work of talent scouts and fund the youth sector with players who have received the minimum football knowledge before they are finally recruited.
This plan allows training cells to be stationed in more than one area, which reduces pressure on the training headquarters for various types of the youth sector.
The academies will begin operating starting from the 2026-2027 season, according to the statement published by the Youth Kabylie Administration.
