Interactive spaces enable young people to express their projects

The Minister of Youth, in charge of the Supreme Youth Council, Mustafa Haidawi, in Algiers, noted the importance of interactive spaces that give young people the opportunity to express their ideas and projects.

The statement of the Ministry of Youth stated that during a field visit, the minister led to the “Bouzaria Youth Forum and the actors”, organized by members of the Supreme Council for Youth for the Wilayat of Algeria, Haidawi stressed the importance of these interactive spaces as it “gives young people the opportunity to express their ideas and projects.”

In the same context, the spokesman added that the same spaces “devote the principle of participatory democracy in youth work”, calling for “the continuation of the dynamic coordination between the local councils of youth and associations across the various municipalities of the country.”

The minister’s visit to the forum- as the statement clarified- clarified- within the framework of “field follow-up and direct support for youth initiatives at the local level, in order to enhance the local dimension of the council’s activities included in his annual program.”

The visit also falls in the context of “strengthening the rapprochement between state institutions and youth, standing on the efforts of local associations, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the promotion of volunteer and societal work, and enhance the spirit of citizenship.”

By the way, Minister Haidawi, in the galleries of the exhibition, which was hosted by the forum, went around, where “he was briefed on youth energies and collective creations, and exchanged talk with the participants about ways to develop collective performance and enhance partnership mechanisms to serve local development.”

The forum witnessed “a wide participation of the youth of the municipality of Bouzaria, representatives of associations, local families and events, in an atmosphere characterized by the interaction of dialogue and the spirit of initiative,” according to the same source.
