The General Directorate of Taxes called on all taxpayers subject to the real profit system and the simplified real profit system affiliated with the tax authorities equipped with the information system of the General Directorate of Taxes “Your Tax,” and who have not yet obtained the access codes to their private spaces through the remote tax declaration portal, to approach the authorities managing their tax files in order to receive them and access their private spaces.
The Directorate’s report stated: “The General Directorate of Taxes informs all taxpayers subject to the real profit system and the simplified real profit system affiliated with the tax authorities equipped with the information system of the General Directorate of Taxes “Your Tax,” that the Finance Law of 2026, in Article 111, stipulates the obligation to submit tax declarations remotely, starting from January 1, 2026, the date on which these new provisions enter into force.
As a reminder, according to the notification published by the General Directorate of Taxes on January 11, 2026, the deadlines for submitting tax declarations have been extended as follows: Declaration No. 50 (monthly and quarterly): until Sunday, February 1, 2026, calculated; Statements C No. 12 bis and C No. 50 bis1: Until Sunday, March 1, 2026, it is counted.
