On Wednesday, Prime Minister Seifi Gharib chaired a government meeting devoted to studying several files.
In the midst of the meeting, the government studied a preliminary draft law amending and supplementing Law No. 04-08 of August 14, 2004, relating to the conditions for practicing commercial activities.
On the other hand, and within the framework of implementing the directives of the President of the Republic regarding the development of sectoral road papers for the period 2026-2028, the government studied road paper projects for the sectors of mujahideen and rights holders, energy and renewable energies, foreign trade and export promotion, religious affairs and endowments, the knowledge economy, emerging institutions and micro-enterprises.
It is worth noting that these plans, which were prepared on the basis of objective diagnostics and practical tools and in accordance with human and financial resources, aim, in particular, to structure national development, diversify the economy, increase the gross domestic product, and improve local production.
Finally, as part of its follow-up to major structured projects, the government reviewed the progress of completion of a number of projects in the fields of agriculture, energy, and irrigation..
