The General Directorate of Public Employment issued an exceptional license for eight specific corps affiliated with the Ministry of Health, in order to organize recruitment competitions and professional examinations for promotion, for the year 2026. The Directorate called on the Guardian Ministry to “accelerate the completion of the regulatory framework specifying how to organize these competitions after registering the submission of only four draft regulatory decisions out of ten necessary decisions.”

In this regard, the Directorate sent a letter to the Minister of Health under No. 838, dated January 26, 2026, regarding a request for a license to enable his departments to organize employment competitions and professional examinations. regarding the upgrade of the sector’s specific wires, following the issuance of special basic laws, pending the completion of the preparation of the regulatory decisions framing these operations.. The license includes eight streams, the first of which is the stream of general medical practitioners in public health, and includes ranks: purchase of vitamins and nutritional supplements, general practitioner in public health, chief general practitioner, first-class general pharmacist, chief general pharmacist, chief general pharmacist, general dental surgeon, chief general dentist. The second stream concerns specialized medical practitioners, and includes multiple ranks such as: assistant specialist practitioner, chief specialist practitioner, and the third stream concerns practitioners. The inspectors are in the following ranks: Chief Inspector Physician, Chief Inspector Pharmacist, Chief Inspector Dentist. The fourth corps includes clinical psychologists and arthofonists, in the following ranks: clinical psychologist, chief clinical psychologist, excellent clinical psychologist, excellent clinical psychologist, arthofonian psychologist, main arthofonian psychologist, and excellent arthofonian psychologist.
