Hajj and Umrah Office: Payment of the cost of Hajj, estimated at 82 million centimes, will start starting Wednesday – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

The National Hajj and Umrah Office announced today, Tuesday, that the process of paying the cost of Hajj for the current season, estimated at 82 million centimes, will begin tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28, 2026, according to an official statement issued by it.

The Diwan explained that paying the costs is done through multiple means, including electronic payment using the local CIB or gold bank card through the “Algerian Hajj Portal” platform, or through the TPE electronic payment devices available in the branches of the Bank of Algeria, in addition to the possibility of paying by a certified bank instrument or direct cash payment.

The Bureau called on those concerned to expedite the completion of the payment process, given that it is specified within specific time frames, in order to avoid any delay that may affect the completion of the rest of the regulatory procedures related to the performance of Hajj rituals.
