Algerian international player Anis Hadj Moussa took advantage of his sporting brilliance to clarify his relatively tense relationship with the controversy with his coach at the Dutch club Feyenoord, Robin van Persie.
Van Persie made the event last week, when he criticized the way his Algerian star played, before quickly backing down, and confirming in new statements that he is an important element in the team, but he needs to adjust some things to develop his level further.
After he led Feyenoord to a valuable victory against Telstar Club (2-1) in the Dutch Football League, yesterday evening, Sunday, by scoring a goal and providing an assist, he told the “ESPeen” network about his opinion of Van Persie as a coach: “I am happy to work with him.”
Haj Musa added in the statements reported by the website, “Al Ain NewsAl-Emirati, today, Monday: “I did what I did for him, for my colleagues, and for the supporters.”
He continued: “I am happy with everything at Feyenoord, and I work hard on a daily basis to provide the best possible performances during the matches.”
Haj Musa talked about the way he scored his goal, saying: “I watched the goalkeeper’s position. He was waiting for me to shoot towards the right post, but I contradicted his expectations and shot to the left.”
Anis Hajj Moussa, 23 years old, has played 13 matches in the Dutch League since the beginning of the current season, during which he scored 5 goals and provided 3 assists.
