Football: The National Arbitration Directorate organizes the before the start of the season for the elite referees in Oran – Algerian dialogue

During the period from 11 to 14 August 2025, the National Directorate of Arbitration will organize a meeting before the start of the season for the elite referees in the Mediterranean village in Oran, in preparation for the new season 2025-2026, according to what the Algerian Federation statement stated on its official website.

The opening ceremony was chaired by the National Arbitration Director, Mr. Mahdi Obaid Sharif, who welcomed the participants and urged them to continue efforts to improve the level of national arbitration, in the presence of the previous international referee, Mr. Mohamed Handal.

The first day program was devoted, yesterday, Monday, for the physical tests that took place in the field attached to Miloud compound, followed by the theoretical aspect during the afternoon, where legal updates and technical guidelines for the next season were presented.

Today, Tuesday program includes the applied aspect, which includes the use of the VAR Video Government (VAR) technology.
