The Finance Law of 2026 was issued in Issue No. 88 of the Official Gazette, which was signed by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on December 14.
The law, which was approved by the National Assembly on December 4 and the National People’s Assembly on November 18, stipulates several legislative measures aimed mainly at promoting investment, strengthening the national economy while simplifying tax procedures, as well as supporting purchasing power while improving the living conditions of citizens.
The law expects the economic growth rate to reach 4.1 percent in 2026, 4.4 percent in 2027, and 4.5 percent in 2028, driven by the expected performance of sectors outside hydrocarbons.
