The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, arrived in Cairo on Thursday evening, to participate in the second ministerial meeting of the African-Russian Partnership Forum, scheduled to take place on December 19 and 20, 2025.
According to a statement by the Ministry, the work of this session will focus specifically on evaluating the results of implementing the joint action plan 2023-2026.
Preparations for the third African-Russian summit, scheduled to be held next year, will also be discussed with the aim of adding more momentum to the partnership between Africa and Russia.
