The Minister of Youth in charge of the Supreme Youth Council, Mustafa Hidawi, appreciated the political will of the state to support the border regions, promote regional justice, and promote local development, in a way that opens broader horizons for youth and empowers this group to contribute effectively to the process of construction and development.

The Minister stressed that empowering youth politically and developmentally is a strategic choice for the state, and that the Supreme Council for Youth continues to accompany this dynamic through spaces of dialogue and consultation and the formulation of proposals that reflect the aspirations and concerns of youth, thus enhancing their role as a basic partner in achieving sustainable local development.

The meeting witnessed a direct listening session to the concerns of the youth of the region, where they presented a number of proposals related to employment, entrepreneurship, youth spaces, and mechanisms for supporting local initiatives.
