This measure was announced during a technical meeting chaired by the Minister of Housing, Urbanism, City and Urban Development, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, today, Monday, at the Ministry’s headquarters, in the presence of the central executives and the executives of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development “Justice.”
During the meeting, the progress of the completion of the projects of 80,000 housing units in the “Amendment 3” formula, whose work began at the end of the year 2025, was evaluated, according to the statement that explained, regarding the remaining share, estimated at 120,000 housing units in the same formula, that the Minister gave instructions stipulating “the necessity of starting their completion before the end of next month.”
Regarding the program of 300,000 housing units in the “Amendment 3” format registered in the Finance Law of 2026, “the Minister ordered the lifting of all administrative and technical obstacles to ensure the actual start of the completion of this important housing program,” the statement explains.
