I contacted the Algerian Organization for Consumer Protection, National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development“Edit”, regarding the 3 notaries who were unable to upload payment orders.
It came in Organization’s mission “A number of subscribers who were initially accepted into the Adal 3 program are facing a technical glitch, as they have not been able, up to this point, to complete the payment procedures,” noting that the glitch includes the apartment type not appearing and the impossibility of accessing the payment order.
The organization also added in the text of the letter, “The subscribers are accepted and meet all conditions, and when they apply to a justice agency, they are reassured and talked about resolving the problems soon, but the passage of time does not serve them well as the end of the initial payment period approaches. These subscribers need to complete their joy and obtain reassurances, especially since no statement has been issued about this situation.”
The organization confirmed that the concerned subscribers are impatiently awaiting the agency’s intervention and settling their status in order to complete the procedures.
