“Edit 3”…a quarter of a million subscribers paid the first part of the first phase – New Algeria

Today, Wednesday, the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development “Adl” announced that the number of subscribers who paid the first part of the first phase in the form of Adl 3 via electronic payment, until December 31, 2025, has exceeded a quarter of a million subscribers.

The agency stated in a statement that the number reached 312,521 subscribers, ten (10) days after the date of opening the electronic payment platform, corresponding to December 21, 2025.

The agency also makes available to subscribers the green number 3040 to answer all inquiries and concerns.
