Discussion of the draft law on parties begins in the National People’s Assembly – Algerian Al-Hiwar newspaper

The public session dedicated to discussing the draft organic law related to political parties began today, Tuesday, in the National People’s Assembly, in a legislative step that falls within the process of reviewing the legal framework regulating party life in the country.

The agenda includes presenting the draft law by the Minister of Interior, Local Communities and Transport before the Council’s representatives, in preparation for opening the door for discussion and studying its provisions before referring it to the approved legislative path.
