Timimoun is strengthened by a new air line towards Constantine – New Algeria

The Timimoun State Transport Directorate announced the programming of a local air line linking Timimoun Airport to Mohamed Boudiaf in Constantine, every Friday via Air Algerie, where the first flight is scheduled to take place (starting Friday, February 6, 2026).

The Transport Directorate explained in a statement today that the “Timoun-Mnaia” line has been changed and replaced with a direct line linking Timimoun and Constantine, after the guardian authorities responded to the demand of the citizens of Timimoun.

It is worth noting that this step came based on the careful follow-up of the concerns of the citizens of Timimoun State, and an embodiment of our commitment to actively listening to the requests of every citizen.

The trip takes place via the route: Algiers – Constantine – Timimoun (round trip). According to the following “departure and arrival” dates and times:

First destination: from the capital to Timimoun (via Constantine)

​Departure from Algiers: 07:00 AM.

​Arrival to Constantine: 08:10 AM.

​Departure from Constantine: 08:45 AM.

​Arrival to Timimoun: 10:55 am.

​Second destination: from Timimoun to the capital (via Constantine)

​Departure from Timimoun: 11:30 am.

​Arrival to Constantine: 1:50 p.m.

​Departure from Constantine: 14:25 pm.

​Arrival to Algiers: 15:35 pm.
