Date and methods of paying the cost of Hajj 2026.. The Office of Hajj and Umrah clarifies! – New Algeria

Today, Monday, the National Office for Hajj and Umrah announced to citizens concerned with performing Hajj rituals for the 1447/2026 season that the process of paying the cost of Hajj will begin on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.

The Diwan explained in a statement on the official page on the “Facebook” platform that the pilgrim has several approved means of payment, which will be electronically via the local bank card (CIB / Edahabia) via the “Algerian Hajj Portal” platform, as well as via electronic payment machines (TPE) in the branches of the Bank of Algeria, in addition to the approved bank instrument and payment in cash.

The National Hajj and Umrah Office also stressed the need to expedite the completion of payment in order to avoid any delay that might affect the completion of procedures, as the process is limited to specific time frames.

In the same context, the Bureau called on citizens concerned with performing Hajj rituals for this season, to follow their own accounts to receive all new updates and to adhere to the instructions and directives provided to Sir Hassan on the occasion of Hajj.
