The Minister of Interior, Local Communities and Transport, Al -Saeed Said, disclosed strict instructions in order to directly start immediately to searches and conduct an in -depth technical expertise aimed at identifying the causes of the recent weather waste.

This came during the supervision of the same minister, on Sunday, on a framing meeting collected by the ministry’s frames, which allowed a review of axes linked to sectoral projects, according to a statement by the Ministry.

The meeting agenda included two basic parts, the first related to following up the effects of weather fluctuations and the control of flood risks, while the second part revolves around following up the embodiment of the presidential decision regarding the establishment of the National Internal Air Transport Company.

The minister returned to the effects of weather fluctuations in a number of states of the country, at the end of last week, where he continued related offers made by the Director General of Civil Protection, the National Delegate of the Great Risks and the Director of Regional and Civilization at the General Directorate of Local Communities.

After that, the Minister made strict instructions in order to immediately start immediately to searches and in -depth technical experience under the supervision of the General Inspectorate and the National Commission for the Great Risks, as well as the National Meteorological Bureau, aimed at identifying the actual reasons behind the recorded effects, as he directed the need to verify the extent of taking precautionary measures that have already been emphasized, and the exact identification of responsibilities, adding that the strictness of confronting all forms Negligence, as he stressed the need to activate the role of local committees to vigilance and follow up on weather fluctuations at the state level. The Minister also praised the heroic work of civil protection agents and field recruitment during the period of weather fluctuations, which allowed to save many lives.

Saoud stated the importance of adopting a proactive advisory methodology, and setting a clear work plan and axis to ensure local development affairs, and stressed the need for rapid interaction with the concerns that the citizen raises, but with regard to the structurally structured projects, the minister directed the necessity of holding periodic coordination meetings between the officials of the states adjacent to some of them in order to ensure the integration of efforts to accelerate the pace of completion in a way that allows them to enter into service For the benefit of the citizen in accordance with the obligations of the President of the Republic, especially what was associated with seawater desalination plants and its role in qualitative improvement to supply drinking water.

The Minister noted the instructions of the President of the Republic, regarding the completion of digitization workshops at the end of the current year, and in this regard approved the preparation of a phased outcome regarding the digital workshops of the sector, with accurate control of their deadlines, and also provided instructions for the relevant tires to provide a weekly outcome that allows continuous follow -up, calling for the maximum commitment to the recruitment to embody this commitment.

The second part of the meeting was devoted to following up the embodiment of the presidential decision regarding the establishment of the National Internal Air Transport Company, as it is a strategic project to ensure a comprehensive and regular link to the various regions of the country, after putting into service in August 2025, where a detailed offer was presented to expand and intensify the internal flight network according to exploitative programming that extends until 2026, a program to acquire and enhance the air fleet with what responds For the highest safety and comfort standards, organizing training and qualification programs for the benefit of pilots and technicians, while enhancing maintenance and logistical support services, developing special services that include transportation for the fuel sector workers, as well as display operating indicators related to the number of flights, workers ’position, equipment, as well as financial costs for training and support.

At the end of the meeting, the minister stressed the intensification of domestic flights, especially towards the southern states, to maintain the regular transportation of the fuel sector workers in addition to the rest of the sectors, keenness and work to ensure the highest safety and comfort standards, protect jobs and accompany workers in this new path, in addition to continuing the same pace of work to establish the position of the new company as a pioneering national actor in internal air transport.

The Minister also appreciated the commitment of the president, the general manager of the Algerian Airlines, its tires and workers, to the effective contribution to putting into service this national project in a short circumstance despite the gravity of challenges.
