The Minister of Tourism and Traditional Industry confirmed, Houria Madahi, In coordination with the Ministry of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Issues, a census of needy craft families will be initiated in order to enable them to benefit from the various support devices allocated by the state for this purpose.

In her response to a question about supporting and promoting craft activities, the first official in charge of the sector explained that the Ministry “has adopted a practical approach aimed at enhancing the marketing and highlighting of traditional products,” stressing that “hotel establishments are required, in accordance with what the law stipulates, to allocate pavilions or facades in prominent places to the public in which various samples of Traditional industries And maps and pictures of tourist places located across the national territory.” In this regard, she revealed that “instructions will be given to the thermal stations and mineral baths to allocate spaces to display craft products.”
