Yazid Bouannan, in charge of the media in the independent National Council for Secondary School Directors (CNADL), explained in a statement singled out for “Al -Ikhbariya” that a large number of managers, the visionary, and the economists face real difficulties in obtaining job or compulsory housing, although the nature of their tasks requires their continuous presence near their educational institutions, in anticipation of any emergency that may require their intervention at any time, day or day At night, revealing that calls for challenging the functional population increases.

He pointed out that the legislator obligated this category to occupy compulsory housing within educational institutions, but the reality reveals that a number of these residences are used by not those who are worthy of it, which deprives the real frameworks of their right, and pushes them to move daily for long distances, which negatively affects their professional returns and weighs their shoulders with additional burdens.

On the other hand, Bouanan touched on the problem of retirees who continue to stay in these housing despite the end of their duties, especially if they do not benefit from private housing. In this context, he called for the necessity of coordinating efforts between the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Housing, and local groups in order to sponsor this category, and enable them to benefit from appropriate residential formulas that guarantee their dignity and facilitate the evacuation of housing for the benefit of new frameworks.

Bouanan concluded by emphasizing the importance of finding a balance between the application of the law and ensuring the human dimension, calling for the conduct of this sensitive file with more rigor and accuracy, in a way that guarantees the rights of everyone and serves the interest of the educational sector as a whole.
