In this context, Ibrahim Boughali appreciated the special care given by the President of the Republic, Abdel Mahaid Tebboune, to the municipality, through a set of profound reforms aimed at empowering the local team, improving management mechanisms, and enhancing efficiency in local work, in line with the aspirations of citizens and responding to the requirements of balanced development.
The President of the National People’s Assembly explained that these reforms fall within a comprehensive vision aimed at upgrading local government, supporting decentralization, and restoring the role of the local team as an essential partner in embodying public policies on the ground, stressing that the real bet remains in improving performance and bringing the state closer to the citizen.
