The Director General of the Local Development Bank, Mohamed Mubarak, announced today, Sunday, the launch of the “Edit 3” housing financing process for the benefit of all subscribers, as the financing also includes subscribers who do not have personal installments or installments to be paid.
Mubarak explained in a statement exclusively to Algerian Radio that all 3 notary clerks can go to the agencies of the Local Development Bank (BDL) to deposit financing applications, regardless of the number of rooms (three- and four-room apartments without exception).
In the same context, the Director General emphasized that this process aims to facilitate the acquisition of housing and enable citizens to benefit from the Justice Housing Program in a flexible manner consistent with their financial capabilities.
