Attaf is in Addis Ababa to participate in the Executive Council of the African Union – New Algeria

Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, this Tuesday evening, in Addis Ababa, to participate in the work of the Executive Council of the African Union in its forty-eighth session, which will be held on February 11 and 12, 2026, and this was commissioned by the President of the Republic.

This ministerial meeting, which will be held in preparation for the African Union summit scheduled for February 14 and 15, 2026, will also discuss a number of issues and files related to the role and status of joint African action in addressing the most important political, security and development challenges facing the continent.
