The Minister of National Education, Mohamed Saghir Saadawi, revealed that the ministry is working to improve the conditions of professional and social professors and organize the inspection system in Algeria through the establishment of regional inspectors and enhance the teaching of the Amazigh language, stressing the status of the teacher and the role of inspection in the reform of the Algerian school.
During his supervision of a training forum for the benefit of the Amazigh language inspectors, Saadawi stressed the extreme importance that the ministry attaches to the inspection corps and the status of the teacher in society, stressing the need to instill the values of respect and appreciation for teachers in the emerging generations, evoking in this context the message of Sheikh Al -Bashir Al -Ibrahimi to the teachers on the occasion of the teacher’s day, in which he described the teacher as “sitting from the seat of education on the thrones of the kingdoms.”
The minister expressed his pride and pride in the professors who raised generations, stressing that the current officials feel the weight of responsibility in responding to the favor of those who taught them and made men from them.
In the context of caring for the educational staff, the same official affirmed the ministry’s commitment to “continuing to improve the professional and social conditions of professors”, pointing out to seek to reach the professor to a stage in which it is “completely free and sufficient, heading with all his effort, energy and capabilities to raise generations, civilized, civilized and integrated education.”
Saadawi revealed that the ministry is currently working on “organizing a good spread of inspection at the national level”, by preparing for the establishment of regional inspectors according to what is regulated by the law, ensuring that the inspectors are close to educational institutions and ensuring its proactive and pedagogy.
The minister stressed that the ministry is aware of the roles that the inspector must play, and works to provide the necessary capabilities to practice their functions in the daily follow -up and accompanying process, considering that the inspection authority plays a fundamental role in accompanying and controlling institutions.
The Amazigh language is a basis for national identity
In the context of the training forum, Saadawi stressed the importance of enabling the inspectors of the effective mechanisms to accompany the professors and follow up on the application of curricula in the education of the Amazigh as a main component of the national identity.
The minister considered that investing in the human resource is the true guarantee of the renaissance of the Algerian school, “stressing that” the beta bets can only be achieved by providing able inspectors who are able to upgrade the Algerian school in a spirit of responsibility and creativity. “He also pointed out that the ministry is working on developing and improving programs and curricula in a way that guarantees a greater specialization for our children in their people, pointing to the opportunity for students to engage in a new people that ensure access to them To the areas of advanced technology, which constitutes a previous first stage for specialized education at the university.
The Minister concluded his speech by renewing the greeting and appreciation to all professors, inspectors, managers, administrators and professional workers who make great efforts despite the lack of capabilities in some places, stressing the Ministry’s keenness to reform these conditions and provide the best for the educational system
