America dismisses Elizabeth Moore Aubin…its ambassador to Algeria – New Algeria

The Associated Press reported on Monday that the administration of US President Donald Trump decided to terminate the duties of nearly 30 diplomats from their positions as US ambassadors across several countries, including the US ambassador to Algeria, Elizabeth Moore Aubin, as part of a wave of broad diplomatic changes.

The agency explained that the African continent was most affected by this step, as the decision included the ambassadors of 15 countries, including Algeria, Egypt, Nigeria, Senegal, Somalia and Uganda, in addition to other African countries.
