Channel officials reported that it is still unclear whether Iranian responses will target external or internal facilities.

On Sunday night, the United States launched strikes on three Iranian nuclear facilities in “Natanz”, “Fordo” and “Isfahan”. President Trump said that the goal of strikes is to reduce the country’s nuclear capabilities, stressing that Tehran should agree to “end this war”, otherwise it will face more serious consequences.

Earlier, the Iranian parliament stated that Tehran was expecting an attack on the nuclear facility in “Fordo”, so it evacuated it, and the facility was not repaired. The Iranian Atomic Energy Organization also confirmed that Tehran does not intend to stop developing its nuclear program after the strikes.

The American attack sparked negative reactions at the international level, as United Nations Secretary -General Antonio Guterres described the attack as a serious escalation in the region and a direct threat to international peace and security.

Cuba Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Barla also condemned the American aggression against Iran, describing it as an irresponsible criminal act that violates the rules of international law and has unexpected consequences.

For their part, deputies in the US Congress criticized the strikes, as Republican MP Thomas Massi described the attack as contrary to the constitution, while Democratic Deputy Alexandria Okasio-Cortez of New York State said that what happened justifies the isolation measures against the country’s president.
