Algerian students abroad are essential partners in the path of national renewal

The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of the national community abroad, Sufyan Shaib, with his colleague in the government, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamal Badari, supervised a virtual meeting with the students of the community residing in the northern Europe region, in the context of continuous communication with the members of the Algerian community.

In his speech on this occasion, the state writer indicated that this virtual meeting organized on the occasion of university entry 2025-2026 falls in the context of communication with the student groups of the national community abroad, which has a special place in the priorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’s work program, within the framework of embodying the instructions of the country’s higher authorities related to the protection of the national community abroad and promoting its participation in the path of national renewal.

The writer of the state also stressed that following up the conditions of Algerian students abroad is at the forefront of the priorities of consular work, pointing to the directives in this context regarding the importance of meeting periodically with them and identifying their demands and surrounding them with the initiatives the state puts on their benefit.

For his part, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research stressed that his interests will spare no effort to respond to the aspirations of Algerian students wherever they find encouraging them to excel in their fields of study as the elite that will contribute tomorrow to the path of national development.

During this meeting, other similar meetings will be keen to identify students’ conditions, listen to their requests, and interact with their proposals effectively and systematically, within the framework of close coordination with the various sectors concerned.
