A “deterrent” force carries out a wide security campaign in Gaza and arrests agents and outlaws

A security force called “Radaa” carried out extensive security operations in the governorates of the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the arrest of a large number of agents and outlaw elements, according to what a security source in the Strip reported.

The source explained that the force continued to investigate the detainees and pursue those involved, and took control of sites belonging to armed militias in Gaza City, and carried out a series of combing operations and arrests of members who participated in shooting, killing displaced people, and attacking civilians.

He added that the competent authorities gave the suspects a deadline to surrender themselves, noting that some of them refused to surrender, so they were dealt with within the rules of engagement in order to preserve public security.

In the center of the Gaza Strip, the security services carried out a precise operation that led to the arrest of a group proven to be involved in shooting resistance fighters and members of the security services. The detainees were transferred to the competent judicial authorities to take the necessary legal measures.

The source indicated that in the south of the Gaza Strip, a number of those involved in cooperating with an armed militia and recruiting agents during the war were arrested. They were arrested to complete security and judicial procedures against them.

The security source confirmed that anyone proven to be involved in cooperating with the occupation or committing crimes will be referred to judicial authorities, and that a “deterrent” force is determined to impose order and uproot gangs and militias, with its commitment to confronting anyone who threatens internal security.
